NOIDA: A person lodged a complaint with Sector 39 police station that his 18 year old daughter was abducted by three persons outside a government college situated in Sector 39 police station area in Noida. The police have lodged an FIR of abduction and probing the case. The family allege police inaction into the matter.
According to Sector 39 police station incharge Zaheer Khan, one Raj Kumar lodged a complaint on Tuesday late evening that his daughter identified as Neelam was abducted in a car by three persons outside government college in Noida on Tuesday morning at 7 am.
Vimlesh is pursuing BA from Rajkiya degree college. The incident occurred when she was heading to college with her brother.
The victim’s uncle Prem Singh said that the victim had gone to appear in exam with her brother. After dropping, her, as Rakesh turned for house, he listened screams of his sister. “He noticed some persons were pulling her inside the car. He ran towards the car, by that time, the criminals fled. As Rakesh took out his mobile phone to call police, two bikers reached and pushed him back. He fell off on the ground,” he said that Rakesh reached home and narrated the incident to his family. The family then approached Phase two police station.
“We were waiting to get FIR done. At 6 pm on Tuesday, the cops told us that that crime scene falls in Sector 39 police station. We then approached Sector 39 police station,” he further said.
“The family has named one Devender Sharma and two unidentified persons. Sharma, was tenant of Raj Kumar for one and a half year. He hails from Chithera village in Dadri while victim lives in Gejha village in Noida,” Khan said that family told the cops that she was abducted in a car at 7 am when she was going to appear in exam. “The family informed the police almost 12 hours after the incident on Tuesday evening. Acting on the victim’s father complaint, an FIR has been lodged into the matter and manhunt has been launched to safely rescue the girl and arrested the abductors,” Khan added.
